VOXopolis
 The World's Anonymous Feedback Site

VOXopolis aims to allow individuals to anonymously give feedback to anyone anywhere in the world as long as they have their recipient's email address or other personal contact information.  Its most specific applications would be to help improve the products and service of small businesses, professionals (doctors, dentists, accountants, etc.), government agencies, schools, non-profit organizations and corporations.  

At present, there is no centralized location on the internet for anonymous feedback.  Similar to how eBay became the world's internet garage sale, the goal of VOXopolis (vox=voice, polis=city in Latin) is to be that centralized portal for anonymous feedback.  Instead of going directly to a business or organization's website and searching around for the correct page to offer feedback, one would only need to go to one location, VOXopolis, and enter an individual's or organization's name or email address to send them feedback.  The site also facilitates dialogue between the two parties if more information is needed.

History of Voxopolis

VOXopolis is a service that is driven by the belief that feedback is vital for any individual or organization that seek to be their best.  It is our view that paired with a clear vision, persistence, value, talent and timing, it is an indispensable ingredient of success.

Created by Robert Bernatz, Ph.D., President of IG InsightGlobal, Inc.,VOXopolis was launched in November of 2006.  In his years of consulting to many multinational corportations (listed below), Dr. Bernatz realized the tremendous value of anonymous feedback to individuals and organizations in their quest to succeed.

The problem is that in seeking out anonymous feedback through organizational surveys, customer surveys and 360 degree feedback, a glaring weakness became clear.  Although effective, these processes can be expensive, time consuming and quite taxing on the organization.  Because of these issues, they are only implemented on, at best, a yearly basis.  This leaves huge gaps in the executive's or small business owner's ability to keep tabs on the pulse of their business.  Dr. Bernatz determined that a feedback system that was available anywhere and at anytime would vastly improve the benefits of anonymous feedback.

Another missing ingredient that surveys and 360's fail to incorporate is the ability to respond back to the person giving the feedback.  With VOXopolis, the person receiving the feedback can ask for clarification from the sender without ever compromising their anonymity.  In providing this service, customers, clients, patients, employees, vendors, etc. can give constructive criticism that is both timely and interactive.

Dr. Bernatz is a licensed psychologist specializing in consulting psychology and anonymous feedback instruments. His formal education includes a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology as well as a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) also in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California.
