Constantino Salios – Chairman of Advisor Board

Constantino "Connie" Salios was the co-founder of Kalty Salios, a retail merchandising company providing in-store service to over 900 Home Depot stores in the West and Southeast Regions of the U.S.A.  In October, 2005, his companies were acquired by Advantage Sales and Marketing, the largest consumer packaged goods sales and merchandising company in North America.

Connie has a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership and he is an Adjunct Professor at Biola University in La Mirada, California teaching Practical Leadership Theory, Strategy Formulation, and Strategy Implementation.

In addition, Connie is a partner with CLD Consultants in Laguna Beach, California, specializing in Organizational Development, Strategy, and Change.  Besides VOXopolis Inc., he also serves on several other non-profit and for profit boards.  Connie currently is the National Managing Partner for the Barnabas Group, a ministry that connects the time, talent, touch, and treasure of Christian marketplace leaders with ministry opportunities. 

Kevin Liebl

Kevin Liebl is an accomplished high-tech marketing executive with more than 20 years of both domestic and international experience. Kevin has launched and managed marketing and sales programs throughout Europe and Latin America.  As CEO of a high-tech start-up, he secured capital to fund business expansion and then successfully sold the company to a Fortune 1000 corporation.

He is a well-regarded speaker and his articles are found in many business and industry publications. He is an active and successful blogger who writes on leadership, marketing, social media and general management topics. His blog, “Insights on Leadership,” can be found at www.kevinliebl.com. Kevin has an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Randy Miller
Randy Miller is an award-winning CIO and proven leader, creating teams that deliver. He is a trusted partner and advisor to C-level teams and other senior leaders. He has aligned Information Technology (IT) plans with strategic business objectives, including revenue growth, M&A integration, and profitability, through effective collaboration with key stakeholders for companies with revenues up to $12B. Randy has an MBA with 30 years broad-based business knowledge and IT management experience, excelling in challenging and developmental environments. Bob Vesely

Bob Vesely is a Partner with Consolidation Partners.  Bob and his firm have developed a unique business strategy to assist privately held companies in addressing the current economic environment as well as preparing for a liquidity event that will provide enhanced value to the owner and shareholders.  Bob has an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Tammy Wong, Ph.D.

Dr. Tammy Wong's professional career spans over 25 years of sales, marketing, and strategy experience. She is known for her demonstrated leadership abilities and her commitment to develop leadership in others.

She is the Founder and CEO of Fostering Executive Leadership, Inc. She works with companies that want to make a difference in their organizations by developing, advancing, and retaining women and ultimately becoming an employer of choice.  In 2005, she earned her PhD in Organization and management with an emphasis in Leadership. Her doctoral dissertation was on “Fostering Executive Leadership in Women.”


Dr. Wong's extensive education includes a B.S. in Economics from St. Mary's College, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a PhD from Capella University. Tammy has served on the boards of several not for profit organizations and is a member of a select group of executive women who meet regularly to discuss leadership and business issues. She resides in Irvine, California with her husband and five children and is active in her community.
