- What does the term VOX mean?
A VOX, Latin for voice, is the act of electronically sending anonymous information to an individual or organization (verb); Or, electronically sending anonymous information (noun). VOX or VOXing is like an email message but the difference is one party remains anonymous while the two parties converse.
- What is a VoxID?
A VoxID is your VOXopolis address that others use to send you VOXes. It’s normally such things as your name (i.e. Joe Smith), organization (i.e. XYZ Corp.), or product, service or event.
- What is an Anonymous User Name?
An anonymous user name (AUN) is a randomly generated address that protects your identity while sending anonymous VOXes. It is created whenever you sign up for a new VOX account.
- What’s QuickVOX?
QuickVOX is a unique feature of VOXopolis where you compose and send your VOX. Much like an email program, a QuickVOX allows you to enter your recipient address, subject and VOX message in one composition. In addition, you have access to preformatted templates to assist you with your VOXing.
- What are VOXtopix?
VOXtopix are targeted VOX issues relevant to you personally or organization. On your VOXopolis Microsite (click here for information) there is a specific area where you may list up to five (5) VOXtopix . Typical VOXtopix include customer service, employee names, company or organization departments, services, events, products or major issues.
- What are VOXtips?
VOXtopix are targeted VOX issues relevant to you personally or organization. On your VOXopolis Microsite (click here for information) there is a specific area where you may list up to five (5) VOXtopix . Typical VOXtopix include customer service, employee names, company or organization departments, services, events, products or major issues.
