Quick Start Guide to Send a VOX©
VOXing in 7 Easy Steps!
Start Here - From the Home Page, click on the QuickVOX button or the Send a VOX at bottom left.
This will take you to the QuickVOX page.
The QuickVOX is where you quickly create a VOX.
You will instantly notice that this is similar to composing an email.
Step One - Choose the VOX address of your recipient.
This can be their Email Address or their personal VoxID.
Step Two - Enter the Subject
If you need help composing a VOX or just short on time,
simply use the VOX Templates for a list of pre-formatted VOX messages.
Click the down arrow for suggestions.
Step Three - Fill out the VOX Message section
(NOTE: Selecting a VOX Template will automatically fill in the VOX Message).

To view your VOX Message on a larger screen,
select the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner.
Next, choose how you will send your VOX either as a "VOX Member" or a "New User".
Below is an enlarged VOX Message screen. You may also increase the Text Size on this page.
Step Four - If "New User" is selected, the "Your Email Address" box appears asking for an email address
Enter the email address that you'd like to receive VOX notifications
and have listed as your VoxID with VOXopolis.
Only VOXopolis will know your email address.
The receiver of your VOX Message will receive an ID such as e349n52.
There are two reasons that VOXopolis requires your email address. The first reason is to allow interactive anonymous conversation between you and the person who receives your VOX message.
VOXopolis maintains your anonymity.
The second reason is to protect every user of the VOXopolis service to verify that VOX messages sent through VOXopolis are from you and not a spammer or some other malicious person
Step Five - To add an attachment to your message
Click the Attach button and link your document, video or picture to your VOX.
You may add up to 5 files at a time and up to 10mb in total size.
The file types allowed are PDF, DOC, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, MOV, QT, & WMV.
Notice that the file is now attached. Click the "x" to close the window.
Step Six - When you're ready, select "VOX it!" to send
Step Seven - This screen lets you know that a confirmation email
will be sent to the email address that you listed with VOXopolis in Step 4
Click on the link in the email message to activate your VOXfree account
and your VOX Message will be sent.
Congratulations! You've just sent a VOX!
