How to VOX

Quick Start Guide

VOXopolis is a service that is driven by the belief that feedback is vital for any individual or organization that seek to be their best. It is our view that paired with persistence, value, talent and timing, it is an indispensable ingredient of success. Here are seven simple steps on how to use VOXopolis.

VOX: The act of electronically sending anonymous feedback to an individual or organization (verb) or electronically sent anonymous feedback (noun).

Step One

Open an account on the Sign Up page. It takes less than a minute. Be sure to use a username that will keep your identity secret since the username will be visible in all your voxes (anonymous messages).

Step Two

On the next page, type in your email address so others can give feedback to you.

Step Three

To ensure that the email address that you entered is truly your own, an activation email will be sent to you after you sign up. Please respond to this verification as soon as possible. You need to verify your account first to be able to send a vox.

Step Four

You should now be at the MY VOX page. Click the "Create New VOX" button.

Step Five

Choose the VOX address of your recipient (Email Address or their personal VOX User ID).

Step Six

Type your feedback and comments into the message box. Check your feedback for civility and helpfulness using the
"Golden Rule of Feedback":

"Vox Unto Others as You Would Like Others to Vox Unto You!"

Step Seven

“Vox” them your anonymous feedback.

Remember, your feedback will not be sent until you verify your account via the activation notice sent to your email address.
