VOXopolis™ does not gather cookies (small bits of information about your use of our system) to gather information about your use of our website. No cookies are stored on your system permanently.

Automatic Information Storage

Session

Variables may be used temporarily in your system cache memory to facilitate your transaction. All Session Variables are deleted when you log off of the Voxopolis™ system. An example of such information that is automatically produced alphanumeric numbers held during your session on our site to facilitate page-to-page transactions. Personal information such as your name, email, phone, address, company name or otherwise is not stored at any time, unless the user specifies otherwise.


Partners

Voxopolis™ does not share your information with any partner companies, unless given your deliberate permission in writing. We will not sell your information to any newsletter or mailing list companies to access your information including name, address, email, telephone, company name, title, position or otherwise.


Children

Voxopolis™ is a family-friendly company and does not publish information that is not suitable for children or minors. Examples of pornography, offensive language, graphic pictures, or violence are not published on Voxopolis™.


Your Account Access

Usernames and passwords are stored in our databases for use in our reporting system. This information is kept securely and solely on our private servers and is only used to assist you in accessing your account as a client, and facilitating communication. No information is released outside of the Voxopolis™ system.


Terms

No party other than Voxopolis™ is allowed to access information stored on our servers. Doing so is a violation of federal and state law. Voxopolis™ has taken caution by placing security measures and firewalls on all network servers in an attempt to prevent outside parties from accessing private information. In the event of a breach of security or attempted breach of security, Voxopolis™ will press charges to the fullest extent to those parties illegally accessing information on our servers, both civilly and criminally.
