Creating Your VOX Microsite

(VOXplus or VOXpro Membership Required)

The VOX Microsite is a convenient and easy way for your customers, employees or other audiences

to leave a direct QuickVOX message or to respond to your VOX Survey.

It can be customized with your logo (if desired), topics, message content, and brand colors.

Start Here - From the Home Page, click on the MyVOX button at top right

This will take you to the MyVOX Dashboard page.

MyVOX Dashboard is where you access the VOX Microsite creation wizard.

Double click the blue door on the left column.

Step One - Select a Template

Choose either the Default Template or the Custom Template and click NEXT.

(Note: Using the Default Template allows every feature of the Custom Template

except customizing the colors of your microsite). 


2. Select Template


Step Two - Upload Logo

Click the Browse button to access the logo that you wish to place on your microsite.

Select the logo to upload and click Open to attach the file.

The preferred logo size should be 50x200 and in standard JPG or PNG format.


3. Upload logo 

Click the PREVIEW button to see how your logo looks on the page.

If you need to remove the logo and upload a new logo, click REMOVE, OK the removal and repeat Step Two.

When ready, click NEXT to proceed.

 


Step Three - Edit Content

Enter the desired content listed as 1 through 4 especially the Required Fields.

Create new or modify the suggested copy provided.

At this time, the amount of copy is limited and the font and point sizes are fixed.

You may bold, italicize or underline copy.


4. Add content 

Select PREVIEW to view your work in progress.

When ready, click NEXT to proceed.

 


Step Four - Customize Colors

VOXopolis allows for color customization of the backgrounds and text of your microsite.

If you know your company’s brand “HEX” colors, use may enter those.

You may also use the color selector tool by clicking within the entry box and moving the two circles to the color that you choose.  

(Note: The same color scheme that you select for your QuickVOX will be the same as your Survey).


5. Colors 

Select PREVIEW to view your work in progress.

When ready, click NEXT to proceed.

 



Step Five - Edit VOXtopix

VOXtopix are the subjects that you want feedback or feed forward comments.

At this time, you may only have 5 VOXtopix "Active" on your microsite. 

You may create more and then select which 5 you’d like to have live on your microsite.

  To create a VOXtopix, click the Add New button.


6. Edit

 

 

 

1. Enter the VOXtopix Name

2. Check the box Active VOXtopix to make this VOXtopix active

3. Check Notify me of VOXtopix Messages if you’d like to be notified

via email that you have a VOX message.

 On this screen you may also designate another Moderator to receive notifications

and will have access to the received responses. Insert their VoxID to add.

 

Click Save (the one next to the “Back” button) to continue creating additional VOXtopix.


 7. New VOXtopix

 

 


After completing all VOXtopix, you may Position, Edit or Delete from this screen.

(Note: a Get Widget tool is coming soon)


8. Show VOXtopix 

Select PREVIEW to view your work in progress.

When ready, click NEXT to proceed.

 

 

Step Six - Publish

After reviewing your site, click the PUBLISH button to have your site be live.


 9. Publish

 


Step Seven - Live Link

Your URL will be listed in blue. You may click on this link to test your site.


10. Link 

 

 

 To receive VOXes from your VOX Microsite, send or publish your URL.

11. Microsite - no survey
