IF THE USER FEELS THERE IS OR COULD BE A THREAT TO THEIR PERSONAL WELLBEING, OR TO PROPERTY, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE IS TO IMMEDIATELY CALL 911 OR TAKE OTHER APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO PROTECT LIFE OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE IN DANGER OF HARM.


3. USE, PRIVACY, AND ANONYMITY

Voxopolis™™ has instituted a process or forum whereby Users may comment to others compliments, recommendations, critiques, reporting certain incidents or questionable activities concerning his or her employment or of other organizations and may do so in an anonymous fashion. Should you submit a report via telephone or Internet from other electronic sources, Voxopolis™ does not take any responsibility for possible monitoring and/or tracking of information submitted. The types of incidents that may be reported to authorities include those which relate to threats of violence or other criminal activity. The obligation of Voxopolis™ extends only to receiving and notifying our clients of feedback sent to them. The User acknowledges and agrees that Voxopolis™ will take no action to address the subject matter of any information reported through this system without direction from the appropriate authorities.

Voxopolis™ respects the User's right to privacy and any information that personally and directly identifies the User. Voxopolis™ will not knowingly disclose the User's contact information (name, phone number, fax number or email) to anyone unless the User specifically authorizes disclosure of that information through the Voxopolis™ website or Voxopolis™ determines the user is using the system for illegal purposes and abuses. Voxopolis™ may use any contact information which the User supplies in order to ask the User follow up questions on behalf of the organization to whom a report may be submitted, and will maintain the User's anonymity in that process, unless the User authorizes Voxopolis™ to release such information.

Voxopolis™'s Users reserve the right to choose how to act, or not act, based upon the information provided by Voxopolis™ unless otherwise required by law. Furthermore, the User is not required to disclose any response or action(s) pursuant to any information that is provided through the Voxopolis™ system.

Voxopolis™ will not knowingly release nor sell the User's contact information to any third party without the User's prior permission.

Please take care not to report information in a manner that may personally identify you. Voxopolis™ can not guarantee anonymity if the User supplies personally identifiable information within their alert, suggestions, or other reports. For example, to protect your anonymity:

Do not include your relationship or position in regards to persons identified. Do not include your physical location relative to persons or incidents.


4. OWNERSHIP

Except as otherwise stated, the contents of this Site including, but not limited to, the text and images contained herein and their arrangement, including all intellectual property rights therein ("Materials"), are the sole and exclusive property of Voxopolis™. This also includes all user names and passwords.  You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Materials.


5. AVAILABILITY

Although Voxopolis™ will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available without temporary interruption (except for scheduled maintenance downtime), Voxopolis™ assumes no responsibility for loss or damage that may result from any interruption or suspension of the Service for any reason.


6. DISCLAIMER

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND VOXOPOLIS™ MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR ANY SITE OR SERVICE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THIS SITE. As a User of the Voxopolis™ system, and by submitting an alert or other information through Voxopolis™, the User acknowledges that the sole obligation of Voxopolis™ shall be to receive and transmit information provided by Users in the report on an anonymous basis, unless otherwise specified by the User. The User, on behalf of himself or herself, his or her heirs, successors, family members, agents and assigns, agrees to and does hereby release Voxopolis™ and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, predecessors, agents and assigns, of and from, any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of actions and damages which relate in any way the Users' employer's actions or failures to take action as the result of having received, or been available to receive, information relative to an alert, suggestion, or other form of report.


8. PROHIBITED USES

User agrees not to engage in any unacceptable use of the Service or this Site, which includes, without limitation, use of the Service to: (a) disseminate or transmit unsolicited messages or commercial email; (b) disseminate or transmit material that, to a reasonable person may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious; (c) disseminate or transmit files, graphics, software or other material that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any person; (d) interfere, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts on the Service or any other computer network; or (e) disseminate or transmit viruses, Trojan horses or any other malicious code or program.

Cookies

Voxopolis™ does not gather cookies (small bits of information about your use of our system) to gather information about your use of our website. No cookies are stored on your system permanently.

Automatic Information Storage

Session

Variables may be used temporarily in your system cache memory to facilitate your transaction. All Session Variables are deleted when you log off of the Voxopolis™ system. An example of such information that is automatically produced alphanumeric numbers held during your session on our site to facilitate page-to-page transactions. Personal information such as your name, email, phone, address, company name or otherwise is not stored at any time, unless the user specifies otherwise.


Partners

Voxopolis™ does not share your information with any partner companies, unless given your deliberate permission in writing. We will not sell your information to any newsletter or mailing list companies to access your information including name, address, email, telephone, company name, title, position or otherwise.


Children

Voxopolis™ is a family-friendly company and does not publish information that is not suitable for children or minors. Examples of pornography, offensive language, graphic pictures, or violence are not published on Voxopolis™.


Your Account Access

Usernames and passwords are stored in our databases for use in our reporting system. This information is kept securely and solely on our private servers and is only used to assist you in accessing your account as a client, and facilitating communication. No information is released outside of the Voxopolis™ system.  All user names and passwords are the property of IG InsightGlobal, Inc. and are can be revoked without cause.


Terms

No party other than Voxopolis™ is allowed to access information stored on our servers. Doing so is a violation of federal and state law. Voxopolis™ has taken caution by placing security measures and firewalls on all network servers in an attempt to prevent outside parties from accessing private information. In the event of a breach of security or attempted breach of security, Voxopolis™ will press charges to the fullest extent to those parties illegally accessing information on our servers, both civilly and criminally.
